I hear most CAB's, on average, are taking 12 weeks. my insider at CCCS says they are on 5 weeks at the mo...
In my CAB you can have an initial appointment within a week and then it's just a case of getting the Experian report (2-3 weeks if Christmas doesn't get in the way) and the client finding £90.
coinx- that's your priority now - getting the £90 and (if you want to be helpful to your AI) a copy of your Experian report. I wouldn't pay any more to the creditors in your situation.0 -
At my CAB, as others have said, the only delay is either the client themselves (perhaps saving for fee or gathering information) or awaiting the experian report. I too have done a DRO on the same day I first met the client (they had already got their experian report with them)

Sorry was just having a lurk from the BR board

Get yourself over to the Oldstyle Moneysaving board and have a go at the Grocery Challenge and look at the threads, there are a lot of healthy meals on there and you don't have to spend a great deal. I feed a family of 5 and I have managed to cut right back but still feed them very healthy meals. Check out my signature to how well I am doing the last couple of months.
Sorry will go back to my 'side', all the best for the future.BSCno.87The only stupid question is an unasked oneLoving life as a Kernow Hippy0
