I ordered two items from Viners on 24th November,the money was taken from my bank the same day.The goods have to date, not arrived.
So far, I have sent three e mails (none of which they have replied too), enquiring as to when I can expect delivery. There seems to be no contact telephone number for them, so I am not sure what the next step would be.
I have ordered from Viners many times and never before had problems. Any suggestions please?
