No that would be right.
The difference only shows up if you are a very low user, when no standing charge tariffs work out cheaper (slightly) than standard tariffs.
eg. if you use nil electricity on a no standing charge tariff, the bill will be nil, but on a standing charge tariff the bill will have the standing charge on it.0
