    What do you mean "a logistical nightmare" ?? - tis but simple - you charge for a quotation.

    Your damn right motorists don't demand that they do pay for a quote - I was merely making the point that the costs involved in providing a new business quotation are borne by existing policyholders.

    Ironically, the quotations facility is far and away more costly to administer than the cost of cancelling an existing policy.
