working entitled to mobility DLA?

my husband has a heart conditon and is unable to walk far (recent deterioration) he is now having to use the cxcar for work, would he be entitled to mobility DLA?

Possibly. DLA is about the care needs, which can encompass mobility issues relating to that. Best thing to do is request an application form, or do it online on direct.gov, failing that, speak to his specialist.0

DLA is about care - and separately - mobility needs.
You can get DLA mobility if you have no care needs at all.
As one example - simply having no feet entitles you to high-rate mobility, you don't have to have any care needs at all.
However.
You have to have had the problem for 3 months, and be likely to have it for another 6 months.
So if the change is recent, he won't qualify.0
