have just put flat up for sale, what nightmares should i expect?

so as it says in the title. i have just signed so my flat is up for sale, what horror stories should i be looking out for? and any advice would be appreciated.x

At 97 you shouldn't have a problem. I sold my old flat when it had 87 years left without any great difficulty (other than stress related to getting documents from the freeholder!). In fact the young woman who bought it looked so impressed from the moment when she came for first viewing that i just had a feeling that she would make an offer. I was right and the offer was slightly better than I had expected.
