Advice on Jessops poor customer service

took my little point and shoot into the milton keynes store to get it fixed and waited patiently for its return. nearly 3months later I am now told the repairers have signed for my camera but have now lost it!!!!!!
The store have shrugged their shoulders and said not their problem but after some debate they agreed to lend me a loan camera to stop me going to their store and telling any potential clients to go to john lewis or somewhere other than jessops.
I had taken out the extended warranty with my camera and after contacting their head office about the lack of customer service they came back to me offering me under half the amount of money back that I had originaly paid for the camera. Thier excuse was the camera is now two years old. The extended warranty is for three years!!!!!!!!
It is not worth the paper it is written on.
Buyers beware. Jessops are not somewhere I would recommend you buy a camera from.0
