items received late but by better delivery service

I bought some items on the 21/11, paid on the 23/11.
Estimated delivery was 6-7 days with 1st class standard.
No sign of items so massaged on the 1st dec. They were posted on the 2nd and received on the 5th dec.
But also received by tracked delievry. I know this is a better service than standard but if I hadnt have been I it would involve an annoying trip into town to collect and pay for parking. I often dont buy recorded delivery items as its a PITA if I miss delivery to collect.
What feedback would u leave?

I would certainly knock their stars for failing to conform to their own dispatch times but would probably still leave a positive. Agreed. This is entirely the fault of the seller and had you not contacted them you may still be waiting.It may sometimes seem like I can't spell, I can, I just can't type0 -
If it took them 10 days to dispatch I'd be leaving at a 1 or a 2, unless the seller sent a replacement on the 2nd in which case 5 stars and sadly with any replacement it's smart to send it tracked.In the game of chess you can never let your adversary see your pieces0

I agree, if what they sent was a replacement, they acted correctly and deserve good fb and stars. What more would you want, unfortunately sometimes RM loses items.
If they forgot to post and you had to remind them then it's a different matter and they deserve lower stars
In terms of tracking, why would you want to punish them for an upgraded service that MAY have caused you inconvenience, but didn't actually made any difference?0
