Hope I have posted on the right board.
On the 7th October he made an order with "todays special value" (yes I did warn him ) 6 days later we recieve an email stated that it is out of stock but will estimate delivery in 6 weeks. for the delay they will include a £19.99 accessory pack free.
18th November email stated website problems our product will be in stock 29/11/11 and they will dispatch as soon a possible, postage will be refunded for the incoinvience.
on the 2nd we recieved another email saying that the item will be delivered on 7th (today) between 8am and 6pm. We also received an automated phone call saying the delivery would take place.
Needless to say the item hasn't turned up today and we have recieved another email saying
"We have been informed by couriers that 20% of the deliveries have been made The remainder will happen over the next 48 hours.
Please contact us if you have not recieved your delivery by Thursday evening. We will be here to repond until 10pm on Thursday."
I have checked all emails checking address etc, all slightly different, but noticing they all belong to yahoo. googled the address to find other people having problems with them tellyshopping@yahoo.co.uk
Where do I stand and what can I do to get my £72 back.
Any help would be great.

When you say 'today's special value', do you mean QVC - as they're a reutable company as far as I know - have you tried contacting them to confirm despatch or cancel the order?
I read an article in the paper today about couriers being stetched to breaking point with the current level of on-line orders.
You could always wait til Thursday i suppose?0 -
cancel order if you can, or raise non delivery dispute with card co ASAP.Long time away from MSE, been dealing real life stuff..
Sometimes seen lurking on the compers forum :-)0 -
Hello There
I also ordered from today's special value ( it's not qvc ) I got the link through amazon so I thought it was safe this was on the 27th Oct
and I have had the same emails as you regarding delivery free gifts ect.
I emailed them and asked for a refund them they offered me 25% of the item. I said i still wanted a refund ( no reply ) on my 4th email they said they would refund me on Monday but not received as yet.
I emailed them again today asking where my refund was this was the email I received back it made me laugh very professional not.
have refunded youWe have, now go and be bitter somewhere else. We do not appreciate custom from morons like yourself:mad:

I have had the exact same problem with a steam mop I ordered from the same site. I have received the exact same emails and free gift info ect. I have only let this go on so long because of the ongoing communication. I have just emailed them to cancel the order and have just had a notification failure that my response to their latest email could not be delivered. Scammed I think!0

Omg what a joke! I have just received an email with a supposed tracking number and told my mop will be delivered tomorrow. The only problem is you have to put your order number in and I don't seem to have one. I have today contacted barclaycard to highlight that I haven't received my goods. I can't believe I've been so stupid!0
