when will my money come?????

I have recieved a letter off lloyds tsb saying i am owed back money from the ppi i was mis sold this letter was dated on the 29th of october. it says that i will recieve the cheque in the post as soon possible.. but im still waiting, i would like to know how long it takes. would really like it before christmas :j

sorry to disappoint but my offer letter is dated 7th Oct and I've been told today not to expect any payment before my 2nd calculations letter which I can't expect to recieve THIS YEAR! I sincerley hope you don't have the same wait x

Has the loan been paid off, not sure whether i saw on here that they take it off the arrears.

no i still have a loan with them but its gone to a debt recovery agency????? they say they will send me a cheque not sure if it will get paid off!!!!

Yes mine is From LLoyds, its from an open loan but my loan is up to date and has no arrears x

I should add tho that there are people on here with offer dates later than mine who have been paid. Howevere as far as I know if your loan is in arrears they keep what they are owed and send you the rest x

you might want to look on lloyds ppi thread its a long wait and fight to get £ :-(

i think that they are appalling for making you wait again they should pull there finger out and pay up........... i feel that they should post out cheques asap ;]

they should pay up......... its not fair saying i am owed all this money ans making us wait and wait unless the postman has run off with it lol ;p
