Has anyone else had the same problem as me with regards to this?
I placed an order with M&S food on 19 October after seeing it in a link on this website a few weeks ago. At the time, the deal was that if you placed an order online before 13 November, you would be forwarded an e-voucher for £5 before 30 November. I placed an order for a free range turkey crown, to be collected in store on 23 December. The total cost to myself was estimated as around £40 (this is due to the fact that they won't know the exact cost until the actual crown I am purchasing arrives at the store). I paid a deposit of £20 at the time of placing the order.
Not having received an email, I checked through my inbox & spam folders to see if the promises e-voucher had gone astray to no avail. I have then contacted M&S via their webpage & after firstly having been told that there had been a £10 voucher offer off a £60 spend, after replying with a copy of the email receipt I got from them, to be told that the minimum order was for £50. Having got the bit well & truly between my teeth by this time, I have just reeled off a further email to them, again attaching the original email receipt, saying that in view of the fact that there was no minimum order amount specified at the time I placed my order, I believe that they should honour the order & issue me with the promised £5 e-voucher. If it wasn't for the fact that I would lose my deposit if I cancel the order, I feel that that would have been the course of action I would be taking.....
I await their reply......

Yes me too. I posted this a couple of days ago but no response from MSE

"Placed my order for £10 at 10am on 19th October. I thought from supersally01's post that M&S had agreed to honour orders below the £60 placed before 5pm on that day. Re-reading it I'm not sure which day is "today" & I can't find the original MSE e-mail link. I've rung M&S 3 times now & they are saying they are not honouring any after the 15th October which is when they say they changed the T &C s on the website. Anyone else in the same situation?"
There must be loads of other people in the same situation & we need MSEs help to sort this out0 -
Success! After firing off the last email, M&S have replied to me, saying that 'Unfortunately, there was an error when this promotion was originally published meaning no minimum spend was necessary. This has since been changed to £60 but I can see from your previous email you placed your order before this time.'
They said that they can't arrange for an e-voucher to be sent, but are going to send me a £5 gift card to be spent in store or online.
Just goes to show that a little perseverance can get you there in the end.
Good luck to any others experiencing the same problem.0
