I've just checked my account, too and it says that my reward vouchers will be included in the May statement, which it states is my next due statement. I've always had them every quarter before - is this usual? Peeved because I've got more points this time than previously, too. :mad:

That's what mine was showing too so I've just phoned them up to check. Just the way the system works apparently and they will be sent out in the next 2 to 3 weeks. I'm in the North of Scotland and they seemingly deliver to the south first!If I had known then what I know now . . .

Just spoke to clubcard..... Do not panic everyone. Clubcard vouchers are being sent out after Feb 14th.
