I may well do this then once this months turn up - either that or I will follow the postie home and see if he has a nice new MFI kitchen :)

On a serious note though post does go missing quite regularly (one or two a month - dvd rentals for instance) - I have complained to the post office - for all the good that does.

    So fingers crossed
Hi arthurp8.I have had a similar problem to you with our post.If you contact the companies whose mail is going missing ie/DVD's they can put a tracking device on the mail they send to you.Usually a polite but firm telephone call to the local postal distribution centre also does the trick but it sounds like you've already tried that one.Our problem is that we have a different postman every day so you can't even approach them to say you know whats going on.Some days our post only arrives at 3pm LOL the 'wonderful' royal mail eh!! good luck
  • Has anyone received theirs yet?All my points are still showing on my receipt which I am presuming means they haven't started to process mine yet.I think this time I will save them towards next years holiday, although it was very enjoyable spending the last lot in Goldsmiths!!

funny you should say that - mine never turned up from the last quarter - yet my balance got zero'ed.

CS couldn;t do anything for me

I will be stalking my postie all month!!

Email them and ask for all your unused vouchers to be added to your account as the vouchers never arrived. This should sort the problem out. I have 4 accounts and have had to do this 6 times in 6 months...

Edited to add I only read as far as your first post, sorry!

  • My points were still showing on the till receipt on Saturday - should have enough for the next leisure break this time! Just ordered wine online and got an extra 1000 points - but I guess they'll be going on the next statement.
  • Yes I keep checking my receipts too but still the points are clocking up and haven't been zeroed yet.

wonder if they realise they are about to take a hammering as everyone tries to use up vouchers at MFI, delaying just enough to push people past the end of the month when the minimum spend increases?

new vouchers will come out on 15th feb so depends which part of country you are in to how fast you get them.

rang to check which deals you can get without your name on them - so you can use other peoples if they are willing to sell you them.
Thanks to everyone who posts comps :T
