Helping out my mother, I switched her from TalkTalk to Plusnet, I had set up the TT account for her over 2 years ago so knew she was out of contract. Thought everything was going smoothly, but now just 2 days before switchover TalkTalk reps are telephoning her (5 calls in 2 days) and threatening to charge her a £200 disconnection fee. She is elderly and is so streesed with this. I want to complain but to who? and would it do any good?0
