My hot water bottles arrived this morning...very nice

Delivery man made himself at home and opened the front door, came into the porch and peered up the hall. First time anyone has done that, all other delivery men ring the bell and stand outside until the door is opened for them. Wasn't the end of the world but think I'll keep the loor locked from now on anyway.

Oh no! That's such a shame, you were the OP and everything. In my experience, I've "won" about 60% of the glitches I've gone for, so I know another will be along soon, and I'm sure you'll "win" one next time.


From past glitch experience some companies who offer delivery to store are more likely to honour those, but for other companies (Mothercare, Evans) paying for fast delivery is more likely to ensure a good outcome, but sometimes we all lose out!
