Phoned customer services and asked why it had been cancelled when still showing as available online, lady at m&s tried to re order another, at same bargain price, for delivery to store but computer wouldnt let her key in delivery date. Had to accept that all genuinely out of stock.

I ordered to the store to collect on December 16th and have not had a cancellation... I hope they honour it!! Sorry for those who have had them cancelled

So far its only the hot water bottle thats cancelled all other items still seem ok.
i ordered another h/w bottle for store collection on mon. i wonder when i'll get the email about that one ??
