DLA Tribunal - Submitting evidence

What is the latest I can submit my evidence to the tribunal if my Tribunal date is 31 January 2012.

Also do I have to send a copy to the DWP or will the Tribunals service do this automatically?

You should aim to have everyting with them no more than 10 working days before the hearing, they will copy it onto the dwp. It is possible to submit later, but I wouldn't advise it.

If it's very late it's still accepted but as Cpt.Scarlet says it's not advisable. Often appellant's can't obtain it in time so it would be unreasonable for the tribunal not to accept it if that was the case. I've known evidence to be submitted on the day but it doesn't give time for it to be properly considered, might mean the hearing is adjourned and the way things are at the moment could mean a wait of a few more months before you get another hearing date
