Lloyds TSB credit card Payment protection cover

Hello,hope everyone is well. I would like to have some advice please.
I have download the questionaire to start a PPI claim,one of the questions is regrding my Policy number. The problem is that i never had any information what so ever from Lloyds about the payment protection cover,when i ring them they just pass me from department to department today on the 06/12/2011 i was on the phone for 1hr30 mins talking with different departments of Lloyds TSB regarding my Payment protection cover on my credit card,none of them was able to provide me with details of the policy or giving me a policy number,they just kept passing my call on to different people.
How can i start to fill the questionaire if Lloyds don't provide the policy number?

If this is a current CC then it should be on your statements, don't worry about it being the PPI account number just the CC account number will do.
You could always try popping into the local branch and askingSuccesses

I just put my credit card account number on the questionnaire and it was fine, they paid out.0
