What Kitchen ventilation is required?

Hi,
We have a closed kitchen (Conservatory behind the kitchen, no windows directly opening outside). We are fitting a new kitchen. I been told that I should get a power assisted vent along with free flow air vent before they can connect my gas appliances (oven grill and hob). The kitchen is about 10 square meters.
I got another technician who told me that I just need a free flow air vent as I have a hood over the gas hob.
I don't have any clue what I should have
Could anyone suggest what kind of ventilation shoul I have? Is it worth changing my appliances to electric appliances?

Value any ones opinion.

Many Thanks
