I finally reached my £10 and opted for the boots voucher, ordered about 10 days ago and it arrived yesterday. I was told 28 days so I'm impressed.

If you opt for an Amazon voucher, it arrives in your inbox within minutes of requesting it Makes you wonder why it takes Toluna around 10 weeks to do the same :eek:

It's why I don't use Toluna. I can't trust them if they're so obviously not bothered about paying you. Valued Opinions have a nasty habit of letting you do what would be an entire short survey and disqualifying you without pay because it was a long survey, but at least when they do pay you you get the reward promptly.

I have 2 £10 tesco cards on order from the 22/11 and still waiting.

Has anybody had their rewards lost in post and if so how did Valued Opinions deal with it? I ordered tesco voucher on 12th of November, still waiting. Not sure how long to allow before contacting them.

I had a very short reply about this, They said wait 28 days!

VERY disappointed with VO right now used to be one of the best out there. Never had a invite to the mastercard draw sent in a few request and was told a new link would be sent out!

Makeandsave, have you received your vouchers? Still haven't received mine(from 12th November), emailed them twice and just been told to wait for longer..

Tesco vouchers always seem to take the longest to arrive. I stick with Amazon or Boots vouchers.

is it usual for a tesco voucher to take longer than 6 weeks to arrive?

Sorry for the delay, Yes i got mine on the 22nd Dec just in time to buy the fresh stuff for xmas. I have had no survey invites thou for the last few weeks after i sent a email in complaining about the prize draw and how i never got the invite.

Same here no surveys for at least two weeks
