I ordered on the 7th Dec, I have just phoned the 0845 number and told that my order was despatched on the 13th by Royal Mail recorded delivery. They were very apologetic saying that they had been overwhemled with orders. Not surprised with these prices!
Hope you get your order today :j I'm annoyed because a woman called Lucy phoned me from Flybe after I posted about this on their FB and assured me my order had been posted by Recorded Delivery and that I would be sent a tracking number by email. That was several days ago, no email arrived. I don't like being lied to, so I hope my order turns up!0 -

I ordered on the 6th. I'm concerned as my order is still showing as pending even though Lucy from Flybe said it had been posted that afternoon and that I would be sent an email with the tracking number. I would assume if it had been sent out my order would be showing as dispatched. They keep apologising saying they are dealing with it, yet they don't do what they say they are going to do. Never had this type of hassle before, its not good at all. I hope my order arrives soon its for a present.0 -
yeah mine is a present too so I was starting to get worried,had been ringing them for 2 days before i got any joy tho,i never set up an account so could not log on to see the status of my order,the lady I spoke to was cathy,she gave me my tracking number on the phone this morning and my parcel came 20 mins afterWins in May-Day of pleasure,Duran duran tickets,royal wedding sticker book and stickers0
