I have left them a message asking them to give me call back, said myself and "friends":rotfl: have all tried to contact them regarding our orders via email, facebook and telephone and not one of us has had a response!
Not holding out much hope. :mad:

Update.... just spoke to them, they returned my call:T assured me that my order had been sent yesterday:j, She said they had been so busy the last week and apologised. She also said to tell my "friends";) that their orders will be processed if not already done and if anyone has any problems then to please give them all call. Fingers crossed:D
Also she asked to speak to a Joanne first, might be one of you they were trying to get hold of

They got back to me on facebook telling me to email them at social@flybe.com ,with reference number,this is a different email address to the the one I had with my receipt,will post on here if they get back to me.

I just sent an email to that address as well, its good you heard back from them lets hope I do too and that order gets dispatched soon! I hate the inconvenience of charge-backs.

Just to let everyone know I ordered late on 6th December and my order just came through delivered today on Thursday 15th DEcember. It is in a padded envelope with handwritten name and address on front. Sent via post on 13th it says on postage label on front.

It is not via recorded or special so if you are not in then this will not get through the letterbox.

My order is still saying 'pending' even though I contacted them through FacwBook and got a call on my mobile from someone who said they would be posting it out that day (2 days ago) and would be emailing me a tracking number as it would be sent via Recorded Delivery. Mmm. Don't think I'll be ordering again from this company, another week and I'll be contacting my credit card issuer.

I ordered on the 7th Dec, I have just phoned the 0845 number and told that my order was despatched on the 13th by Royal Mail recorded delivery. They were very apologetic saying that they had been overwhemled with orders. Not surprised with these prices!
