Hi all
I am :mad::mad: at Toys R us. I went into their store, and was treated terribly. I made a complaint. 4 emails and 3 phone calls later I have simply got, "we'll tell the manager to speak to his staff" No apology, nothing.
I was spoken to in a nasty tone throughout by customer services and have just generally been treated badly.
I want to complain directly to the CEO but I can't find their email anywhere. If anyone can help me that will be fab

Feel the same. The customer service is appalling.
1. Ordered a product on the Toys R Us website - click and collect service. Made the journey, arrived to be told after around a 25 minute wait that the product was sold out!
2. Today, Rang customer services, spoke to someone called Adam. He put me hold for around 5 minutes then said, "oh, are you still here".
3. Same phonecall; Asked Adam for details to contact Head office, he put me on hold for 5 minutes again then said, "Hello, Adam speaking, how can I help?".
4. Still same phonecall; Eventually spoke to manager, (apparently) who told me Head office will ring me tomorrow.
If/ when head office rings I will ask for their full contact details and put it on this site.0 -

Toys r us, actually rang back and apologised, they also said they are going to drop off the product that was sold out.
