Is it possible to only claim for JSA/sign on to get your NI stamp paid for you and not to receive any benefit? For example, if you don't qualify for contributions based in the first place and have savings over the limit for income based JSA?

Yes you can, bearing in mind all the rules you'll need to abide by and the hoops you'll have to jump through to receive an NI credit you'll need to look at your sitaution of age/prospects etc to work out if its worth it for you, particularly given you'll only have to have 30yrs worth of NI paid for a full state pension."You've been reading SOS when it's just your clock reading 5:05 "0
