Cleaning small bore central heating system

Our sentral heating system has small bore plastic type pipes. We cant get a flush as of the size of the piping system, so how do you clean or flush a system with small bore piping.
All the big powers they've silenced me. So much for free speech and choice on this fundamental human right, and outing the liars.
