Tassimo UK. Grrrrr!!

Tassimo customers will recently have received emails from Tassimo UK inviting them to enter the great Tassimo 'Secret Garden' competition. You choose your prize from a range of items. You enter code numbers from Tassimo packs. And then the 'Secret Garden' website tells you if your number is a prize winner.

But actually, it doesn't. The website is so badly engineered it's impossible to submit anything at all. Complaints to Tassimo UK get no response. And on the Tassimo UK website page, there's no mention of the competition anyway, even though it's still -- ostensibly -- running.

As to the Tassimo UK website itself, we've just wasted time trying to place an order. You fill your shopping basket, go to check-out, are asked to validate your address, and, er, that's it. The check-out goes into endless loop. You can't buy anything.

We usually buy our T-discs at Tesco or Amazon but there are certain decaff T-discs that only Tassimo UK sells, hence this morning's time-wasting. Finally, we ring Tassimo UK and are told, um, the website is faulty. It's not possible to place an order. The fault might be fixed today. . .

So, we've ordered by phone. But the thought occurs that as the 'Secret Garden' Tassimo competition website is bust, and the Tassimo UK website is bust, it might indeed be a good time for someone with basic IT skills to see if Tassimo UK has any vacancies. Java developers only???

Works fine for me. Maybe it's a problem with your browser? Just tried it with Chrome, Firefox and IE...

All worked for me , I add more codes all the time, I do wish website would cut down on the amount of flash and not use it for a logon interface.
