opus energy problem
I have received a letter today from opus energy, regarding a debt outstanding on a old company that has ceased trading. after getting nowhere with opus it went to court in 2009, where the judge excepted that we pay £10.00 per month. opus are now asking for me to fill in a expenditure and income form and last 3 months bank statements. I am to do this by the 12th December.Do I have to give them my bank statements, i didn't have to give them to the court so why them?I have continued to pay the monthly arrangement with no problems. But I am now confused as are they allowed to do this as it was set by the court. opus energy were not too happy with the payments set at the time.I am not in a position to increase this amount as i pay other debters too. They were so awful to deal with the first time round, i am dreading going through this ordeal again. has anyone any advice of what to do ??????
