egg or barclaycard

Hi all, new to this, have had big probs trying to find how to post (IT Numpty) so hope i am in the right place.
I was paying PPI on egg cc up until about 5 years ago. They told me (by phone) i had to have it. They didn't tell me that it would be void if i was self employed or had pre existing medical conditions and both apply.
I want to claim back the PPI, but should i send SAR to EGG or Barclaycard. I do not have the original paperwork, but was gonna fire offf the SAR anyway.
Correct address for egg or BC would be great

If its closed & it was pre barclaycard took over like mine id say egg, otherwise barclaycard, but no harm photocopying the form/letter & sending to both!
