Had to hide the apples because the kids went on a fruit binge!
The meat comes from a butchers that sells things which have either been over made or come out a bit wonky, because there are lots of food processing businesses locally, and should have been in major stores like M&S, asda etc. I got 5 joints of meat once, only small ones, but they only cost a fiver.I know It was M&S stuff because the sticky labels were on the bottom of the trays, although the cardboard packaging had been removed.Member no.1 of the 'I'm not in a clique' group :rotfl:

I find either Leeds or Castleford markets are great for bargains on fruit, veg and meat.There is also a frozen food section that has MandS rejects for 99p!"This site is addictive!"
