Had our house on the market for 8 weeks. When we decided to go with this particular EA, the manager (who origionally did our valuation) was VERY friendly and couldnt do enough for us. BUT since we gave him our business things have changed. He does not want to enter into conversation with us and just gives us the bare details should we need to ask anything. I think we have had to speak to him twice so far and yet we feel like thats too much. Any one else had the same happen? It appears that now he has our business - thats it! No more 'Mr
Nice Guy'.
