Can my wife claim pension on my stamps?

We are wondering if I can claim on my husbands stamps? (or whatever they are called!)
He will have a state pension of approx. £138 p.w. he also has a small work pension. I have a very small state pension (£40 p.w.) plus a small private pension. Could I claim on his state pension?
