Bank charges Help Me

i stuggled for years with various debts and then there were bank charges
one month the computers didn't pay me at work by mistake, i was charged
375.00 by the bank, i am now with a debt management company and my bank is on my list of people i owe, they get paid every month they must owe me thousands, can you tell me if i could still claim the money back to reduce the amount i owe to them.

Yep, you can if they're within the 6 year period. Follow Martin's guide (at top of the page) and get your money back!

You can claim all your charges back using Martins article (all the steps you need are there). For the month you were charged £375 because your work made a mistake...........They should pay for this in full. If your charges were a direct result of a mistake from your works personnel department. They should refund any charges you incurred because of their mistake.
