18185 charge different for fixed lines?

Hi all,
We have signed up to 18185 (jusat switched to Primus saver).
The 18185 website says UK fixed line calls are 0p/min. It also says that calls are charged per min to the nearest penny.
We are being charged 1p per min not 0p for calls to fixed lines. Are we doing something wrong or is the website wrong? (It's all a bit confusing).
Looks like calls are indeed charged per minute - rounded up in whole minutes (took us a while to figure because of the mention of nearest penny).

When I was able to use it those services were 0p/min but they did have a connection charge so are you allowing for that? If you talked for upto 5/6 mins it would look like about 1p/min. The connection charge was about 5/6p/min the last time I looked.
It does say when you start the call what the charge is per min.0 -
The pricing differs depending on whether you have a BT line. For non-BT:

Thanks both for your helpful replies.
We'd not clicked on "mobile rates" to get the *non-BT* fixed line rate (wish it had said "BT rates" and "non-BT rates" instead of "rates" and "mobile rates")
The msecallchecker has fixed lines listed at 0p for Primus (it should be 1p)
(but it does warn to check for yourselves).
It looks like the other providers listed at 0p for Primus should also 1p/min
I'm not sure but 05pence might be the cheapest option for longer calls?

FWIW they do have a "No longer a BT connection?" link on their homepage (which just takes you to the 'mobile rates' page). We'd not clicked on "mobile rates" to get the *non-BT* fixed line rate (wish it had said "BT rates" and "non-BT rates" instead of "rates" and "mobile rates")Stompa0 -
I think that is because the UK CallChecker is still working on the assumption that Primus still allows the 18185 prefix to be used (i.e. those with Primus landlines do not need to use the 08081703703 gateway number to access their services). The msecallchecker has fixed lines listed at 0p for Primus (it should be 1p)
(but it does warn to check for yourselves).
As evidence on this forum shows, Primus (or Newcall Telecom) has reneged on the promise they gave Martin and now bar the 18185 prefix.Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.0
