I'm all for complaining if something is wrong , use Internet shopping every week usually if something is damaged I ring up and you get refunded for the item no problem . Opened a bag of apples 3 out of 6 were bruised so badly I had to chuck them. Called tescos to complain and got offered ( without even asking!! ) a refund for the product and my delivery charge charge of £6 back as well so was well chugged as got a £7.50 refund for a 30 second phone call.
