Hi all,
Not a massive amount of money at £25 but interested to know if its worth trying to exchange a pair of jeans i bought from Burtons about 2 months ago, they are faulty and the button at the top has pretty much broken off, they have been warn a fair bit in that time and cause i have small legs one of the legs has started to tear where it gets caught under my foot, which has nothing to do with wanting to change them as every pair of jeans i own has that.
Not sure of my rights if any really as its clothes, i also dont have the receipt but do have proof of purchase via my bank account statement.
Cheers

Chances of getting an exchange for a well worn pair of jeans simply because a button has fallen off are very low! Why not simply sew on a new button?0
