Returning digital camera help needed

I just bought a digital camera.When i bought it it stated i have a 7 day col off period in which i can rturn it.
When i said i will be returning it the shop says if it has been used then they will charge a 20% restock fee but it didnt say anything about that when i ordered it.
On the main page here it says that goods should be returned in a reasonable condition.Does anyone know how i stand or has anyone else returned a camera they have tried under the 7 day rule?Cheers.

what's the website so we can have a read of the T&C. Unfortunately usually the good bit (ie 7 day 'trial') are usually highlighted but the bad bits ie the restock fee are usually hidden not necessarily even on the same page.

Ive just read them and it says at the managers discretion?Also it says upto 20%
I think im !!!!!!ed...lol
