AOL9 latest version

Last week I was having trouble with my computer. It just got slower and slower and then I could not get on line. I made at least five calls (using the 0800 number of course) to the call centres in India and by pressing the button for people wanting to join I also got to speak to people in Ireland. At the beginning I was speaking to the Indian people for sometimes 3/4 hour while they gave me step by step instructions but it still didn't work. At the end, a bright spark in Waterford, Ireland told me I needed the latest version of AOL9 and could pick up a disk at any supermarket(not true). They finally sent one from Ireland and although I was very pessimistic it did the trick. I just wondered if anyone else who uses them was aware that they made improvements to version 9?. Reinstalling with the original disc just didn't work.

Don't think anyone has anything good to say about AOL's own software, you're best off without it.
"She is quite the oddball. Did you notice how she didn't even get excited when she saw this original ZX-81?"
