If you have set out correctly then this shouldnt cause any issues. sounds like your attempting use full tiles into the corner? if so this isnt the way.
Lay out first working on the idea that the corner tile is a cut tile (around half a tile is ideal) you can then vary your cut to account for the unsquare walls.

WOW I am amazed a tradesman would come on to a open forum and tell the whole world how to do his job, his trade secrets, methods and everything ?
Things must not be as bad in the trade as they make out if they can post up such trade info freely.
Back in the Old days, when tradesmen lived in nice houses in nice areas and drove nice vehicles and provided a good income for a family it would be known as a trade secret the methods used to obtain a professional finish.
You did not see them put a sandwich board outside saying dont hire me follow these trade instructions on how to do it ?
Think they had a bit more savey in those days, hence why they could earn a living.
These days tradesmen can not wait to jump on a forum that can be read by the whole country and tell everyone how to do their job ?
    Incredible..

Hi, thanks for the diagram - looks like you have both problems!

cutting into the corner will help as you will then be able to at least manage it, but theres not a lot you can do to stop it kicking out at the top apart from build the adhesive up, which is fine within reason. The middle tile is going to be most affected and as long as your only talking about 8-10mm in variance it will be fine.

Pop a straight edge on the wall to see just how bad it is.

You can increase the amount of adhesive by trowelling the wall and the tile (known as back buttering) dont dot and dab though
