Anyone able to give brief advice via pm on a non-fault car insurance claim?

I wondered if anyone would be able to provide advice on a non-fault car insurance claim where the other party are denying liability? I'd prefer not to put the details here, as they are quite specific, for obvious reasons.
Once it is settled I'd be happy to repost the outcome, to help others who are in a similar situation.
Thank you to anyone who offers to lend an ear for 5 minutes.
