black mould in rented house

I had black mould on my double glazing and white painted windowsill (never spelt that word before - weird). I actually used baby wipes dipped in a bowl of warm water, baking soda and tea tree oil (for smell), came off lovely!!!
Then I got one of those ball boxes too ^^ off ebay. And opened the top window literally an inch. Also shut the kitchen door when drying. Now get no condensation and it hasn't cost me a penny in extra heating - I have a horrible old boiler and a 2 window bedroom with 1 small radiator.
Really the tenants should be more considerate, it shouldn't have to cost them extra ££"If you don't feel the bumps in the road, you're not really going anywhere "

We get black mould and there does not seem to be anything permenant I can do about it.. So we always have a bottle of Astonish mould and mildew cleaner in the house. Couple of sprays and a cloth and its gone with hardly any scrubbing....
99p solution too and the best of the mould cleaners I have found
It comes back, but its one of those ongoing operations for us...NO to pasty tax We won!!!! Just shows that people power works! Don't be apathetic to your cause!0 -

Sorry for late reply.. yes its excellent for drying clothes. We have it in the spare room where we have a couple of clothes horses, if we shut the door and leave it on, all the clothes are dry in about 24hrs, towels a little longer. They're really ugly but boy, are great to have!0
