Decided to purchase a small anniversary gift, 'Name a Star' gift set by Gift Republic. 5 days passed before being delivered an empty tin. No contents. There wasn't even the cover sleeve on the tin. The warehouse person picking this item clearly saw that this was an empty blank tin being sent to me.
So anyway, I follow the online procedure for returning thew item, only now I am told there is no way to tell what stage of the returns process it is at, and that such can take several weeks.
After multiple emails and phonecalls and a request to change my original instruction to replace it to now refund me I am still unknown what is happening.
After a number of weeks now I am considering forgetting about my money and in a few days will be my anniversary now without this little gift.
Useless company, clearly unable to communicate with or inform its departments or customerss adequately, nor deal with the picking and returning of products.
