Santander- Still as Useless in 2011

Having had a bank issue that needed sorting out immediately I had to ring Santander last week.

FIVE phonecalls resulted in;
  • No resolution of the problem
  • Complete failure to get to speak to my branch or a supervisor despite asking for that at least twice
  • Four different stories about what could and could not be done with my account!
Absolutely disastrous. I want out. :mad:
