RK not the driver - advice please

Hi
Before ask my question, I'd just like to thank those in this forum for the reassuring advice about how to deal with private parking tickets.
My wife was issued with a ticket by TPS for leaving the property of the car park and shops around the car park. This is a rule I've not come across before, but was written in small writing on a sign at the carpark entrance. After looking on these forums my wife decided to follow the advice and just ignore. More letters followed from TPS, then Roxburgh, upping the charges each time. Roxburgh have also rung a couple of times. The latest letter is from 'Graeme White' (I've read the forums so it was expected), threatening court action.
My question is, as my wife is the registered keeper of the car, but was not the driver, is it worth writing to them to state this fact and to request that they stop all communication both written and by telephone?
Would it stop the letters and phone calls? I know the advice is just to ignore, but they are still upsetting for my wife.
Many thanks in advance.

If you've read the forums, you obviously know what to expect, as you say. And you know what the advice is. Ignore. You can't achieve anything by contacting them, other than getting them to pester you even more. As you will know, because you have read the forums.0

Ignore the letters but put a stop to any phonecalls/texts.
Next time they ring your wife should come to the phone and assertively tell Roxburghe aka Graham White that 'the alleged debt is denied'.
Say that the person they are trying to contact is the wrong person as she was not driving the car and has no lawful reason to tell them who was (continue to talk over them if they disagree). State that, as continuing to contact the keeper when they know she is the wrong person is harassment and a breach of the BPA Code of Practice and a breach of the OFT Debt collector Code of Practice, she will expect to hear no more about it whatsoever. Any further contact in any form, including from their alter ego Graham White, will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
'Good day' (or bog off if she prefers!). Phone down.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
