Flexicover - need to be beware of?

Anyone had experience of flexicover insurance?
I am trying to get travel insurance for my mother and flexicover come up cheapest on the comparison sites but when I google them the reviews are not too kind and doing a forum search at MSE seems a bit inconclusive. Seeing as they are at the top of comparison lists, I am reasoning that there must be quite a few mse members who could have used them and even made claims from them.
I rarely believe the old adage that 'you get what you pay for' but in this case maybe it is true?

Top of the lists they are either the cheapest or paid the most to be there. Watchout for those that assume
lots of things. Then add extra's on later.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0
