Santander "forgotten user ID" sytem not working ....

....I have forgotten my user id and tried their system by entering account number/sort code/ e mail address and it just loops back to the user id log on page?....anyone else have this problem?.....thanks ed:eek:

i had problems using google chrome a few weeks ago and had to switch to firefox. try switching browser first.0

I also had this problem when my A&L a/c was migrated across to Santander even after obtaining new log in details from Santander - just kept reverting back to log in! Turned out to be IE9 browser. Following switch to Firefox no more problems - so far!!! Give that a go.0
