Virus????

My daughter has just sent me a picture of her computer screen, she is really worried as when she turned it on this popped up.

I believe its a virus due to some of the spelling used in it and also its asking you to pay £100 by UKASH to get it removed - but obviously if she had been doing what it says she has been doing £100 is not going to get you out of the cack - so to speak.

I think she has most probably picked it up through FB and im obviously not going to stop her using it as she is 18, but i could really do with some advice as to how to get it removed.

She has Antivirus protection on it already but this doesn't seem to have helped.

If anyone can help me i would be very grateful these are the pics that she sent me -

TIA
