Bridal beauty regime - recommendations?

what is best to use, a heat protection spray, or a serum, or both?
I recommend the John Frieda Thermo-straight frizz ease serum (the orange bottle) as it's a serum to smooth your hair and also protects it from the heat of blow-dryers or hair straighteners. The bottle lasts absolutely ages and the product is non-greasy and smells nice.
The Sanctury gift sets from Boots often have good body brushes for dry skin brushing- i've had my brush for several years now and you can really feel the benefit. Just brush towards your heart in short strokes starting at your feet and working upwards.
Is everyone planning to fake tan for their big days?0 -
Yep - fake tan and fake hair! Which is ironic as I don't normally do any of those.
So, what do you recommend for fake tans? I do normally have a tan in the summer, but wedding in March so unlikely to have one by then.

Could you tell me which no7 mask it is please
Hi, I use revitalising twice a week and radiance revealed the other days. I would recommend talking to your no 7 consultant. I got into it with one of those £5 off vouchers and now I swear by it!
I only use cheap Olay mosturiser though as my skin needs moisturiser but nothing too oily.

Is everyone planning to fake tan for their big days?
I'm not, I am always very pale so it wouldn't be "me". I tried a light coloured spray tan a few months ago, to try it out, and it got a mixed reception from everyone. OH liked it, but I hated it. Everytime I looked in the mirror, I thought my face was dirty!0 -

I'm the same! Although a tan always looks fake on me as I never tan naturally! I go for the pale and interesting look.

I'm another pale and interesting bride-to-be! :j
Thanks for all the suggestions so far - I've picked up some great ideas. I'll be looking out for a dry brushing brush this weekend!0 -

Not sure tbh. Depends on the style of my dress. If my arms are exposed, I might do it. But even if I do 'fake it', it will be very subtle and light as I am naturally fair skinned. I do use fake tan in summer(sometimes) but usually stick to the fake tan body lotions for a more subtle 'glow' rather than a dirty WAG orange! :rotfl:7 Feb 2012: 10st7lbs
