:mad:I am sooooooooo ANGREYYYYYYYY!!!
I have been a Vodafone customer for over 4 years now and usually agree to stay with them once they offer me a half decent retention deal. However more recently they have forgotten what retentions is i think. The best they can offer me is deals that are actually more expensive then what you can get online.
They have the attitude of well go to another provider and ‘here is your PAC code, GOOD BYE!!’
As well as all the above they slander (and slag) of their competition i.e the THREE network in the hope I don’t join them.
My contract is up on the 8th of DEC and i certainly wont be staying with a network that no longer rewards loyalty, unless they see the light and decide to offer me something half decent!
It is a very sad day indeed

You obviously didn't make them enough money to warrant keeping you. Market is saturated now, so for every person that leaves, another will take your place.I spent 25 years in the mobile industry, from 1994 to 2019. Worked for indies as well as the big networks, in their stores also in contact centres. I also hold a degree in telecoms engineering so I like to think I know what I’m talking about 😂0 -

MOVING THREADS FOR BETTER RESPONSES
Hi, Martin’s asked me to post this in these circumstances: I’ve asked Board Guides to move threads if they’ll receive a better response elsewhere (please see this rule) so this post/thread has been moved to another board, where it should get more replies. If you dont think spending in excess of £60 a month every month is not making money for them then you need to go back to school to do you maths GCSE again!
You silly person0 -

Perhaps they did not like the way you spoke to people, so irrespective of a (relatively) high spend were happy to let you go?0 -

Big whoop my bill is approx £90 a month but I won't expect special treatment at the end. Am happy to pay the same as everyone else for my package.
