Tesco Direct - Excellent Service

I bought some furniture last Thursday from Tesco Direct, a three seater sofa, a two seater sofa and a chair. Delivery charge just £4.85 for delivery the following Wednesday. I was given 8am-6pm as the 'slot'. But on Tuesday I received a text from them to say they would phone me an hour before they arrived on Wednesday. Absolutely brilliant. It meant I didn't have to take the day off work, I just needed an hour off. Luckily I live ten minutes from where I work. But, hey, wasn't that great. Having furniture within a week is a minor miracle in itself and everything else was a brilliant bonus.

By the way, I'm very pleased with the furniture too! :T :T :T

I have to compliment Tesco Direct too - I ordered an Acer PC on Sunday night and it was delivered on Tuesday - brilliant computer deal and brilliant service

We've used them too. Cheap delivery - £4 or something like that?

We had some dents on our cooker - not visible once in as they were on the sides. When we rang them to tell them about it (we were happy to keep it), they gave us a £40 rebate to say sorry, no quibble, no fuss

Credit to tesco direct too. I order my wine from them when they have half price sales. This time I got 2 x 6 case 1 shiraz, 1 syrah and a case of 12 syrah too. All very good quality as i have tasted each now! Delivered free, cost £79 and arrived two days later 1st thing. This menat each bottle was equivilant to 3.30p............... bargain.
