I purchased my cooker from them last year , just before delivery was due they rang to say there had been a mistake and my cooker was out of stock so they offered an upgrade to the next model up free of charge.:D0

I got a pink Smeg fridge and a dishwasher from them - mainly cos of the double points and they were cheapest.
Was not impressed with delivery drivers language, the "c" word was uttered while struggling with the fridge.
The fridge had a scratch on it that I didn't notice til later. The dishwasher had a used old connecting pipe with it and I phoned customer services and they posted a new one out next day but it was the wrong hose!
Good that they phone you night before with approx time they are coming and the drivers phone you when they are about 10 min away.0 -
I have ordered my fridge/freezer and washing machine. The fridge/freezer is in stock and will be delivered this Thursday. But the washing machine is out of stock and won't be available for about 21 days! The lady who phoned to confirm my order did say that they will phone me once a week until it is back in stock to keep me updated. They have also taken the money for both items from my credit card, even though the washing machine isn't in stock which I think is a bit strange.Cake & pastry making extraordinare happily engaged to Gas Man in London :j

I've ordered stuff twice from them now first time 1 item was in stock, 1 wasn't and although they said it would be 21 days we ended up only getting it a week later than the other appliance.
Currently waiting for a dishwasher, ordered last Wednesday, phoned the next day to say it would be 21 days but as it was cheaper and with the extra points said we'd wait - they did say they would take the card payment then (i.e. once I said I was happy to complete the order with them). Nice surprise they phoned today and said it was ready for delivery - however in the last 2 months they've changed the days they deliver to where I live which is a bit annoying as they now deliver on days OH can't work from home as easily - hopefully we'll get it sorted though.Initial Mortgage January 2024 - £160,000

During the past 12 months I've ordered a cooker, washing machine, dishwasher, cooker hood & tumble dryer. They were the cheapest around & got double points on all orders.
One of the appliances was discontinued & CS offered me a slightly better model for the same price but it wasn't what I wanted so they 'held' that model while I looked for another make so that I wouldn't miss the delivery slot.0
